Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park
Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park is a transboundary International Dark Sky Park, certified in 2017 across Alberta and Montana. It covers 4,606 square kilometres and was the first dark sky park to span an international border. The Waterton side is open year-round with reservable camping and 16 day-use areas; contact Waterton at 403-859-5133.
