Arches National Park
Arches National Park is a red rock park near Moab, Utah, certified as an International Dark Sky Park in 2019. The park service suggests Balanced Rock Picnic Area, the Windows Section, Garden of Eden Viewpoint and Panorama Point, and says skies get darker the farther north you drive from Moab. Ranger-led stargazing events appear on a southeast Utah calendar; plan around the new moon.
