Under Canvas Grand Canyon
Under Canvas Grand Canyon is a DarkSky-certified tent camp in piñon and juniper forest, about 25 minutes from the South Rim entrance (2024). The camp covers 160 acres and operates seasonally, from mid-April to late October, with wood-stove safari tents and ensuite bathrooms. Stargazer tents have a night-sky window, and the camp offers star parties.
