Kejimkujik National Park and National Historic Site
Kejimkujik National Park and National Historic Site, at Maitland Bridge, is Nova Scotia's only dark-sky preserve, designated in 2010. Parks Canada lists a Dark Sky Viewing Area, and the park is open year-round. The visitor centre and camping run from the Victoria Day weekend to October 31, with serviced, unserviced and backcountry sites plus roofed accommodation, all booked through Parks Canada.
