Oklahoma has no statewide outdoor lighting or dark-sky statute. Its outdoor-lighting-adjacent statutes (Title 47, Sections 12-217 and 12-227) govern vehicle auxiliary and fog lamps, not fixed outdoor lighting or light pollution.
