New Brunswick has no provincial outdoor lighting statute, and we found no municipal lighting by-law. Protection is by designation: Mount Carleton Provincial Park and Kouchibouguac National Park (both 2009) and Fundy National Park (2011) are RASC Dark-Sky Preserves, and Saint John's Irving Nature Park (2011) is a RASC Urban Star Park.
