Rainbow Bridge National Monument
Rainbow Bridge National Monument, on Lake Powell in southern Utah, was designated an International Dark Sky Sanctuary in 2018. Most visitors arrive by boat from marinas near Page, Arizona, then walk about a mile, and the park warns that at current lake levels the dock does not reach land. The bridge is sacred to neighboring tribes; the monument line, 928-608-6200, is staffed weekdays 7am to 4pm MST.
