Japan is preparing to launch a sample return mission to Phobos, a martian moon, with the Martian Moons eXploration (MMX) mission scheduled to launch on October 19. This mission is exciting for sky-watchers because it will provide new insights into the formation and evolution of the Martian system. The launch of the MMX mission is a significant event to look out for, especially for those interested in space exploration and the study of our solar system's moons.
