Saskatchewan

Saskatchewan has no provincial or municipal outdoor-lighting law. Its dark-sky protection comes from federal and conservation lands, including Grasslands National Park (RASC Dark-Sky Preserve, 2009), the shared Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park (2004), and the Old Man on His Back Prairie and Heritage Conservation Area, a Nature Conservancy of Canada property designated a RASC Nocturnal Preserve in 2015.
