# Dark Sky Law: Nevada

Nevada's 2021 SB 52 directs the Division of Outdoor Recreation to create a voluntary designation program recognizing communities, parks, reserves, and byways with relatively dark night skies. It does not set fixture-shielding or lighting-curfew requirements; it only creates an application and recognition process.
