# Dark Sky Law: New Brunswick

New Brunswick has no dedicated provincial outdoor-lighting statute. Its dark-sky protection instead comes through park management at federally run Fundy and Kouchibouguac national parks and the provincially run Mount Carleton Provincial Park, all designated RASC Dark-Sky Preserves, plus Saint John's Irving Nature Park, a RASC Urban Star Park.
