Mississippi

Mississippi has no statewide outdoor lighting or light pollution statute. NCSL's roundup of state light pollution laws does not include Mississippi, and the DarkSky/University of Arizona policy database lists no Mississippi statute. Lighting standards, where they exist, come from individual cities and counties.
